Descriptive Memory
I was convoked to the exhibition by the architects Carolina Ramos Mejía and Verónica Etchegaray. I found a very tiny balcony unseen from the inside and only seen when you reached the back of the space. I suggested the idea of a mirror in foreshortened figure so as to announce the balcony from inside. And I intervened the wall adopting the concept of “soul gardens,” where ranchos and small houses of Salta have flowerpots hanging from walls with plants of different type done by offshoot stems. The chosen plants were all natives. The floor’s stone was taken from the hills of Salta, choosing a white vein to remark the flowerpots.
